I got an H1N1 vaccination today, courtesy of my school district employer. I count this as a mitzvah because I don't really love shots, and it is slightly nerve-wracking to be getting something new and relatively un-tested. However, I do believe that vaccinations are generally safe and effective (and that they DON'T cause autism!), and I definitely think that "herd immunity" is important. So, a mitzvah for the herd!
