12/8 Tues: Sloppy Joes - didn't have these last week on my teaching night, so they're on the menu again this week.
12/9 Wed: Crockpot Bacon-Ranch Chicken with egg noodles, green salad, Parmesan Knots - Mr. Mamie has class tonight, so the chicken will bubble away in the crockpot for whenever we're ready, and I'll time the noodles and Parmesan Knots to be ready right when he gets home.
12/10 Thurs: Loaded Baked Potato Soup (made with Pepper Jack cheese), green salad- Mr. Mamie has class again, so we'll eat soup whenever he gets home. This was delicious last time we had it; I'm going to alter it a little and see what happens when it's made with Pepper Jack cheese.
12/11 Fri: Baked Spaghetti (carry-over from last week) made with whole-wheat spaghetti noodles and homemade meat sauce from the freezer, green salad, Italian Cheese Bread .
12/12 Sat: Grilled Garlic-Herb Turkey Burgers, Potato Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette (served warm) - We've had both of these before, though not together. I think it'll make a great combination! Hopefully it will not be too freezing on the patio for Mr. Mamie to grill the turkey burgers. If it is, we'll broil or use the George Forman grill inside.
12/13 Sun: Zippy Dogs, Chips, Carrot Sticks - Niece and Nephew will be here for dinner, so it's a great excuse to get to serve Zippy Dogs, which I happen to love! I'm going to try doing them in the crockpot - I think it'll work fine, and it will make the house smell yummy.
