- Cajun pork chops done on the grill with stuffed acorn squash and green salad.
- Anti-Oxidant burgers (held over from last week) done on the grill with CrockPot mac and cheese and green salad.
- Tangy chicken with Parmesan couscous (a box mix from Near East) and green salad.
- Black bean and corn quesadillas with Arroz Mexicano.
- Navajo Tacos (we have the meat/bean mix in the freezer from a few weeks ago). I don't use canned chili, but instead cook a pound of ground beef and then stir in 1 - 2 cans of Bush's chili beans (with liquid).
- Pizza! Mr. Mamie and I will be doing a BBQ Chicken pizza, while everyone else does create-your-own.
- Bean burritos with zesty corn and orzo salad.
