- Marinated, grilled London broil (held over from Sunday, becasue we ate at Zion Ponderosa Ranch), roasted potatoes with garlic and Parmesan, Costco demi-baugette, green salad.
- Lemon grilled chicken (using organic chicken breasts), baked lemon pasta (using whole-wheat spaghetti), green salad.
- Black bean/corn/brown rice bowls with toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc.)
- Creamy turkey taco mac (with whole-wheat rotini), green salad.
- Anti-oxident burgers and toppings, CrockPot mac and cheese, green salad.
- Zesty CrockPot roasted chicken (using organic whole chicken), lentil pilaf (NO mushrooms!), green salad, cheddar cheese biscuits
