Happy Feet Friday 1-7-11

 It's time again for Happy Feet Friday (thanks to Kate at New Life!), and I'm pleased to be stepping out in my trail shoes today. I made a New year's resolution to ONLY wear SUPER COMFY shoes to school in 2011 - which means my friends Nike and New Balance and Keen and Columbia are all going to get to go to first grade!

As soon as I get through bus duty (twice), three spelling tests, editing kids' writing, some reading instruction, calendar time, a lesson on 3-D shapes in math, a lesson on "healthy eating," the chaos that is lunch, the additional chaos of "free time" for a good behavior reward, and a bunch of planning/prep/copying for next week I'll be back here on my couch, blogging away again!  I've got more recipe reviews and a new post on "This Week in First Grade" to share, plus who knows what else.
