Monday, 11/22: Creamy Mexican Chicken Soup (using leftovers from last night's Zesty CrockPot Whole Chicken), green salad.
Tuesday, 11/23: Mom's Swiss Steak, wild rice OR egg noodles (depending on what we feel like at the time), green salad.
Wednesday, 11/24: Spaghetti and Meatballs (using organic whole wheat spaghetti, Costco Italian Meatballs, and jarred sauce - it's all about the EASY when I'm busy doing Thanksgiving prep!), green salad, and possibly Italian Cheese Bread depending on how the Thanksgiving prep is going.
Thursday, 11/25 - Thanksgiving: Grilled turkey breast (GolfDad's masterpiece), Mrs. Igor's Cranberry Relish, CrockPot Mashed Potatoes, Mashed Sweet Potatoes (following the "make-ahead" directions), Basil Sesame Green Beans, Lucy's Dinner Rolls, stuffing (still deciding on a recipe), gravy, green salad, Perfect Pumpkin Pie, and maybe Mom's Cherry Pie.
Friday, 11/26: Homemade pizza.
Saturday, 11/27: Tacos or enchiladas of some sort.
Sunday, 11/28: Beef and Barley Skillet Dinner, green salad.
Lunches on Friday - Sunday will be Thanksgiving leftovers!
