Menu Plan 4/15 - 4/23, 2012

Sunday 4/15: Chicken enchilada soup, cornbread (Marie Calendar's mix), green salad. This is my absolute FAVORITE soup, and this will probably be the last time we have it until next fall. I've got FRESH corn that we got from Bountiful Basket last summer and froze our own selves to put in it, mmmmmmm!

Monday 4/16: Loaded baked potatoes (meatless - "loading" with veggies and beans), green salad .

Tuesday 4/17: Mr. Mamie has class and I have my "Barnsie time," so cheap eat out  (Pollo Loco, deli sandwiches, etc.).

Wednesday 4/18: Brown rice chicken soup made with zesty chicken broth that I had in the freezer, garlic muffins, green salad.

Thursday 4/19: Spaghetti with slow-cooker bolognese sauce (from the freezer), Italian cheese bread, green salad.

Friday 4/20: Burgers on the grill and oven fries (using frozen organic beef patties from Costco).

Saturday 4/21: Navajo tacos and all the fixings (I use one pound of cooked organic ground beef combined with one can of Bush's chili beans instead of canned chili.)
