I got a new book to read today. Well, it's not new new, since it was published in 1971. It's not even new to me, as I have read it before, 25 years or so ago. It's a new edition, and a brand-new copy purchased at my local B&N.
It's big, and thick, and intricate, and soppy, and very enjoyable reading.
It's.... THE WINDS OF WAR by Herman Wouk, soon to be followed by WAR AND REMEMBERANCE. Oh, happy saga-reading to meeeeeeee!!!!!
